The Municipality of Varna awarded students of Varna Free University for their active participation in an information campaign in senior citizens’ clubs against telephone fraud. The Deputy Mayor Todor Ivanov presented certificates of achievement to Mihaela Milcheva, Aleksandra Vasileva, Edzhe Emilova, Doroteya Nikolaeva, Sali Lyubenov, Kiril Hristoskov and Aleksander Ivanov, majoring in National Security Protection, Psychology and Architecture.
The Russian Centre, the Department of Foreign Language Teaching and Postgraduate Studies, and the University Library of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will celebrate the World Book and Copyright Day and the 220th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian poet Aleksandar Sergeevich Pushkin. On 23 April, at 12:30 pm, the book by the university student Hristo Russev - "The Last (Eternal) Mime" will be presented at the Russian Centre. On 100 pages and in 77 photographs, Hristo Rusev follows the life on and off stage of Gerasim Dishliev - pedagogical assistant to Marcel Marso.

The event is part of the MOVECO project, which aims to promote the transition from linear to circular economy among small and medium-sized enterprises in the countries of the Danube region.
