A Champion’s Start to the New Academic Year at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”
27/09/2026Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” will officially open the 2026/2027 academic year on September 28th at 10:00 a.m. in the East Park. The ceremony will be opened by the University President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov, and the Rector, Prof. Dr. Petar Hristov. It will be part of the celebrations marking two significant anniversaries for the university - the 35th anniversary of its founding and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Student Council.

Maria Koleva, a Psychology student, Wins Bronze Medal in Swimming at the Summer University Sports Games
11/09/2026Maria Koleva, a third-year Psychology student at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar,” won a bronze medal in the 50-meter backstroke at the 2026 Summer University Sports Games. The competition was held in Kranevo and organized by the “Academic” Association for University Sports.
