09/06/2020The secondary school graduates from the class Fine Arts and Advertising Graphics of the “Dobri Hristov” National School of Arts in Varna defended their diploma projects the day before. A member of the examination jury was Assoc. Prof. Arch. Plamen Petrov, PhD - lecturer at the Department of Architecture And Urbanism at Varna Free University. He congratulated the graduates for their creative achievements and presented the opportunities offered by the university for architects, interior and graphic designers.
EXHIBITION MARKED THE END OF SILENCE AT VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY
08/06/2020The opening of the exhibition "1944-1945.bg" put an end to the "silence" at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". The event is organized by the Russian Centre at the University with the assistance of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Varna. It was held on the eve of the International Day of the Russian Language and the birthday of the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. Special guests were Oksana Zhernovaya - Consul Counselor and Svetlana Kolesnikova - Third Secretary at the Consulate General.

THREE VARNA AWARDS FOR VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY

Varna Award is given annually on the occasion of the Day of Slavonic Alphabet, Bulgarian Enlightenment and Culture. It is awarded to school and university teachers, scientists, research teams from universities and research institutes in the municipality of Varna for significant achievements in their scientific and teaching activities. This year the awards will be presented on 15 August - the Day of Varna.
