Varna Free University is hosting the partnership meeting under the project Universities - Companies – Crowdsourcing
The project meeting under the project Universities - Companies - Crowdsourcing(UC-CROWD) is being held at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" on 24 and 25 June, 2014. The project is linked to the use of the Crowdsourcingmodel in the field of power engineering and education and supported by the Lifelong Learning program. The meeting is attended by representatives of the partner organizations from SCTE – The University of Lisbon in Portugal and the Academy of Humanities and Economics in the Polish city of Lodz.
The participants in the meeting will consider the Crowdsourcing platformdeveloped by the leading organization from Portugal. Through this platform the cooperation between companies and universities in the field of power engineering will be promoted. The emphasis is placed on energy efficient technologies which aim to solve real problems.
The new platform is an innovative pedagogical tool that connects companies and universities, which will create added value for all interested parties. The platform will combine the interests, opinions and the results of the joint work carried out by all partners. The project will create a useful tool not only for the participating partner organizations, but also for all European countries. It can be defined as a major step in the development of communication and cooperation between universities and business.
