Creative inspirations of our talented students
Fourth-year students majoring in Fashion and Fashion Management at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" presented their models in a special photo session inspired by the girls of the legendary James Bond.
The dresses for the session were selected by Stanimira Yanakieva, owner of conceptual studio for design and fashion. The models inspired by the Bond girls, have accentuated femininity, implied sex appeal, pronounced elegance. The fabrics combine chiffon, silk, leather, lace, satin, georgette and tulle.
The event was part of a series of lectures and seminars, presenting successful business models in fashion. It was preceded by a workshop of Stanimira Yanakieva in which she presented to the students the basic concepts of style, the ways to combine clothes, prints, silhouettes and fabrics, the rules and characteristics for shooting a fashion session, how to combine ready outfits with accessories as well as tips for suitable makeup and hairstyle according to model, location and overall concept.
