Law students from Varna Free University took second place in the 16th Conference on Student Scientific Creativity in Burgas
For the sixteenth consecutive year, Burgas Free University organized a National Conference on student creativity attended by students and PhD candidates from across the country. This year's conference was held in late March. Among the participants from universities in the country, the performance of VFU studentsmade a strong impression. In the field of Law and Politics and Administration and Management, after the presentation and defence of their papers, the following students were ranked second:
Simona Radoslavova Shangova, 5th year, Plamena Pancheva Nankova, 4th year and Kristina Yulianova Filipova, 4th year. All of these students are majoring in Law.
The paper of the students of Varna Free University was entitled "Comparative and legal analysis of the three types of detention rights."
The students who presented their individual papers were: Simona Shangova - "Impact of the specifics of the operating lease with regard to the civil rental agreement." Kristina Filipova- "The vice of a contract concluded by a representative when the power of attorney is voidable due to error or fraud." and Plamena Nankova -"The necessary content of the power of attorney in business transaction with the property of the principal."
The best works presented at the conference will be published in a special scientific journal.
