Students majoring in Fashion and Fashion Management performed brilliantly at Sofia Fashion Week 2015
Students majoring in Fashion and Fashion Management at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" showed their creative ideas in Sofia – at Sofia Fashion Week 2015.
On 17, 18 and 19 September, the new high-tech hall EFE Marinela hosted the first edition of Sofia Fashion Week 2015. During the grand fashion event, a total of 55 latest collections of Bulgarian and international fashion brands were shown.
Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" supported the participation of talented young designersmajoring in Fashion and Fashion Management. On 18 September, the students Evelina Doichinova, Ina Kurteva, Radostina Foteva and Mihaela Zheleva presented their attractive and exquisite designs to the audience, among which many VIP guests. Famous top models participated in the fashion show. This participation was implemented also with the cooperation of MEN'S FASHION CLUSTER which provided the possibility for appearance of young talents at Sofia Fashion Week 2015. The event was opened by Prof. Lyubomir Stoykov, D.Sc. who emphasized the role of author’s and artistic fashion and paid tribute to the talent of the Bulgarian fashion creators.
In the three days of this large-scale event, the fashion parade of beauty and style passed in hours of fashion shows. 12 foreign brands and agencies were presented in the first evening. The second day of the event allowed 21 Bulgarian fashion houses and brands to demonstrate their achievements. In this evening the audience applauded the students and the climax of Sofia Fashion Week 2015 was an Haute Couture evening on 19 September, when a total of 22 collections were presented.
The first edition of Sofia Fashion Week 2015 passed triumphantly and the students majoring in Fashion and Fashion Management at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" performed brilliantly!
