Students of the Department of Construction of Buildings and Facilities participated in an international virtual conference and EXPO in the field of sustainable development through the innovative platform Brightest! Greenest! Buildings EUROPE
At the invitation of BGBC, students of the Department of Construction of Buildings and Facilities at the Faculty of Architecture of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" participated in a virtual conference dedicated to the optimization of the process of creating and implementing national strategies for the basic renovation of buildings in Europe under BUILDUPON project. Participation in this extremely interesting and prestigious online event was possible thanks to the high technological equipment available at the Technological Centre of the University.
The students also joined in the virtual exhibition, developed on the basis of the innovative platform Brightest! Greenest! Buildings EUROPE for uniting experts, companies and parties which are interested in the topic of sustainable built environment. By creating their own avatars in the interactive platform, the future construction engineers acquainted themselves with the leading companies in this area and visited their stands, where they had access to additional information resources. In real time they made contact with the participants in the forum and its organizers. The students of the department shared their impressions and satisfaction of the work with the platform and expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this international forum.
