The Rector of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, Prof. Margarita Rusetskaya, D.Sc. will visit Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" on 13 November (Friday) 2015.

The Pushkin Institute is a federal resource centre for cooperation in the field of the Russian language and education. Students from 90 countries study there. The graduates of the Institute over the years are more than 150,000.
The Rector of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, Prof. Margarita Rusetskaya, D.Sc. will arrive in Varna to sign an agreement between the two universities to found a Test Centre of the Pushkin Institute at Varna Free University. The centre will organize certification exams in the Russian language. During her visit, Prof. Rusetskaya will deliver a public lecture on the topic of Innovative Russian-language Study in the Global Space.
Prof. Margarita Rusetskaya, D.Sc. has authored more than 70 scientific and methodological works on issues related to the development of the pedagogical education and the theory and practice of providing educational assistance to children with special educational needs. She has won numerous awards and honorary certificates of achievement for excellence in education and science. The program of her visit includes:
