With lecture in financial mathematics delivered by Prof. Zdravko Slavov, PhD, the training in the Master’s degree programs in Finance and Accountingand Financial Audit started this weekend. The Master's degree programs in Finance and Accounting and Financial Audit are intended for a wide-profiled and specialized training of managers and experts with professional interests in the field of financial and management accounting, banking and accounting, analysis of financial statements, accounting and valuation policy of an enterprise, financial audit.
The received education is the basis for a successful career in the financial and corporate business and administration, as well as in various areas of audit activity.
Masters who began their training this year in both programs are accountants, owners of accounting firms, internal auditors and managers who expect the knowledge gained in the training course to help directly their current job and their future careers.

The survey conducted among the Masters shows that a great advantage in the training carried out is the flexible forms that allow students not to tear themselves away from their work. Among the advantages mentioned by the students is that the graduates of the Master’s degree program in Financial Audit can take theprovided for by the Independent Financial Audit Act exams and in compliance with legal requirements for an internship to gain qualification of certified public accountants, without having to take equivalency exams.
