You proved that Varna deserves to be European Youth Capital, said in his address the Deputy Mayor, Peycho Peychev

The most successful students of the city were awarded today at a ceremony in the lobby of the municipality building. By tradition, the awards were presented on the eve of 8 December.
The ceremony was attended by the President of Varna Free University, Prof. Anna Nedyalkova, D.Sc. and the Vice-Rector for International Affairs,Projects and Technological Development, Prof. Teodora Bakardzhieva, PhD. Desislava Gardeva, fifth-year student, majoring in Law at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" received the award in the category Social, Economic and Legal Sciences. Kristina Hristova, second-year student, majoring in Architecture at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" was awarded in the category Arts.
Our best students received honorary certificates of achievement and cash prizes. The chairman of the Municipal Council, Todor Balabanov also congratulated the students.
