The President of Varna Free University with a prize of the Bulgarian Maritime Chamber for high achievements in science and education
For the eighteenth consecutive year the Bulgarian Maritime Chamber presented its annual awards - a certificate of achievement and a "St Nicholas" plaque. By decision of the management board of the chamber, the chairman Capt. Bogdan Bogdanov handed a prize to the President of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", Prof. Anna Nedyalkova, D.Sc. for high achievements in science and education,
For high financial performance of their companies and personal contribution to the development of the Bulgarian maritime economy Capt. Bogdanov awarded two prizes - to Capt Plamen Prodanov ("Cosmos Shipping") and Capt Dimitar Simeonov ("Petromar"). The Mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov was awarded a special prize for promoting the maritime sector.
