The President of Varna Free University Prof. Anna Nedyalkova, D.Sc. awarded with the "Human Resources" 2015 national gold prize for overall contribution to science
The President of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" Prof. Anna Nedyalkova, D.Sc. received yet another deserved award. At the ceremony on 14 January, 2016 in the Central House of Architects in Sofia, she was awarded the "Human Resources" 2015 national gold prize for overall contribution to science.
The prize is awarded by a decision of the editorial board of the Journal of Human Resources, the boards of theHuman Resources in Bulgaria and EU Integration Foundationand theNational AssociationofSocial Workers. The Journal of Human Resources and the competent jury make the selection and choose the winners in the individual categories. Winners of the award are municipality mayors, managers of companies, presidents and rectors of universities, directors of homes for social services, etc., people with a notable contribution in the management and development of the human capital of Bulgaria.
Among the criteria for selection in the different categories are the level of the introduced innovations in the field of human resources management and the effortsinvested to improve the quality of the achieved results. The aim is the good practices in the management and development of human resources to be promoted through the awards and to be affirmed the understanding that people are the most valuable resource in any field.
The plaque and the honorary certificate of achievements of Prof. Nedyalkova were personally handed by Assoc. Prof. Gancho Popov, PhD - Chairman of the Boards of of theHuman Resources in Bulgaria and EU Integration Foundationand theNational AssociationofSocial Workers.
