Master Class on the Art of Public Speech was Held at Varna Free University

On 25 and 26 November, a master class on the Art of Public Speech was held at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". It was led by Lora Mutisheva, PhD, a lecturer at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts and actress at Sofia Theatre.
The subject matter and the essence of verbal, non-verbal communication and the ways of successful speaking presented to the audience in an entertaining way by her, engaged the attention of all attendees. Body language, gestures, speech technique, the voice as a continuation of the body in space were just some of the themes presented in the three modules, and the audience's participation in role-playing games and individual exercises made this master class extremely interesting and useful to everyone.
Each of the three modules ended with a discussion in which the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, analyze and discuss what they were doing.
More than 60 were the attendees of the master class, mainly students from the MA programmes in Advertising and Public Relations in Business Management, Marketing and Public Relations in Education, Science and Culture and Management of Cultural Tourism at Varna Free University, there were also students majoring in Psychology and Law, as well as external participants. The master class was closed with thank you words by Assoc. Prof. Georgi Kalaglarski, PhD to Laura Mutisheva, PhD and with the awarding of certificates to all attendees.
