A LECTURER FROM VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY WITH A LECTURE COURSE IN LUBLIN

Dr. Lyubomir Antonov - Head of the Department of Public Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", delivered a course of lectures on the topic Using Tax Regulations in Business Practice to teachers and students at the University of Economics and Innovation WSEI Academy in Lublin, Poland.

The invitation for the guest visit was on the initiative of Prof. D.Sc. Tomasz Wolowiec, vice-rector at the Polish university, who is also a graduate of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". Doctoral students are also trained within the frames of partnership relations. Prof. D.Sc. Tomasz Wolowiec is defending his work in front of a scientific jury in February 2024. The topic of his dissertation work is in the field of tax law - Evaluation of the Legal Provisions on Real Estate Taxes in Poland and Guidelines for Reforms and Proposed Changes.

The Memorandum of Understanding signed between VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" and WSEI Academy provides for the creation of joint scientific projects, conferences, seminars and trainings, as well as the exchange of scientific and teaching expertise.
