A Solemn Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2024 Was Held at the Smolyan Branch of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar"

The diploma awarding ceremony to the Class of 2024 took place in a solemn and exciting atmosphere at the Smolyan Branch of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". The event was in the Bulgaria Hall and brought together representatives of the local and executive authorities, as well as the academic management of the university. The Rector of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" Prof. Dr. Petar Hristov and the Director of the Smolyan Branch Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anelia Parzhanova congratulated the graduates.
During the ceremony, 99 graduates from the bachelor's degrees National Security Protection, Business Administration and Management, Construction of Buildings and Facilities and Water Supply and Sewerage were awarded their diplomas. Among the graduates were also graduates of the master's programmes Tax and Customs Control, European Administration and Project Management and Water Supply and Sewerage.
On behalf of the graduating students, Ana Chausheva, one of the honorees of the Class of 2024, delivered a speech. In her emotional address, she expressed gratitude to the lecturers, relatives and colleagues for their support and encouraged her fellow graduates to follow their path forward with confidence and ambition.
The graduation ceremony reinforced the significant place of the Smolyan Branch as a center of quality higher education and an active connection with the local community and institutions in the Rhodope region. The presence of representatives of the local government and the executive branch emphasized the importance of education as a factor for development and success in a regional and national context.
