BRAND AND PUBLIC SPEAKING WERE IN FOCUS IN THE VFU TRAINING COURSE

Building a strong personal presence and effective public communication were the focus of the May Seminar’2025, which took place over the weekend at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”. Over 50 participants – students, lecturers and experts from various fields – joined the two-day training, organised by the master’s programmes in Advertising and Public Relations in Business Management and Cultural Tourism Management.

Lecturers of the seminar were Prof. Stefan Serezliev, PhD and Anna Tsolova – proved names with many years of practical experience in the field of communications. Prof. Serezliev focused on the topic of personal branding, presenting approaches to building identity in a professional environment. With a series of examples, practical tasks and discussions, he showed how a strong image can be an effective tool for impact.

Anna Tsolova, a leading expert in the field of public speaking and author of the programme “Speak to be Seen”, held sessions dedicated to impactful communication and presentation. She presented knowledge and skills necessary for strong public expression, combining techniques, content and emotional presence. With practical guidelines for public speaking, structuring messages and working with visual and non-verbal means, she turned the hall into a communication laboratory.

The training was useful, emotional, practically oriented and highly enriching, according to the participants in the forum.
