DR. FRANK QUANTE: YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE TO BE PREPARED FOR THE SERIOUS CHALLENGES OF THE FUTURE

The public lecture Leadership in the XXI Century delivered by Dr. Frank Quante - CEO of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD so received with great interest in Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". Dr. Quante talked about the difference between a leader and a manager, touched on topics related to personal development management and the company, commented in an interesting way on the "legacy" we hand over to the next generation.

The answer of the students of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" was to ask many questions, and the discussion continued after the lecture.
With a decision of the Academic Council of the University, Dr. Quante was awarded the title of Honorary Member of the Academic Forum of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".

"I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Varna Free University", said Dr. Quante after the lecture. "It is a great pleasure for me to tell the young people, the students, about how they have to be prepared for the future. They face serious challenges related to the environment, population growth, energy crisis. Any opportunity to exchange information is extremely useful for both parties. We have started our cooperation with VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", which I believe will be extremely fruitful. We continue to upgrade!", commented the CEO of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD.

Dr. Frank Quante graduated from the well-known German state research university Georg August in Göttingen, where he studied Law and National Economics. He worked as a researcher at the same university for two years. He defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of legal sciences. He is a general manager with extensive international experience. He joined Fraport in July 2020 and in September of the same year held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD, operator of Varna and Bourgas Airports.
