Young people from the "Youth Parliament - European Bridge" school at the Personal Development Support Centre - Municipal Children's Complex - Varna, are starting the school year with a series of meetings dedicated to the topic of well-being in the educational environment. The discussions will be led by Tsveta Stoyanova - organizational and child psychologist, career development consultant and member of the team of the Centre for Positive Education at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". The meetings are implemented within the framework of the programme of the Centre for Positive Education at the university.
In the process of work, students will explore and share their ideas, desires and suggestions for promoting achievement skills and building healthy relationships that support the experience of satisfaction both in school and out of school.
Through a series of discussions, simulations and role-plays, participants will seek answers to the questions:
► What does well-being look like through the eyes of the “Me, Me, Me” generation?
► What are the factors that determine well-being in the educational environment?
► How do achievement skills support personal growth, resilience, the search for meaning and the maintenance of healthy relationships?
► What is the role of young people and trusted adults in building an environment of acceptance, respect, recognition and support?
The programme for promoting well-being in the educational environment, implemented by "Youth Parliament - European Bridge", is in full harmony with the mission of the Centre for Positive Education at Varna Free University - to build aware, responsible and inspired individuals who seek meaning and harmony in their development.
