NIKOLA TSOLOV WAS A GUEST AT THE STAND OF VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY AT "TECHNOSTART - VARNA"

The Formula 3 star Nikola Tsolov was a special guest at the stand of Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” during the TECHNOSTART exhibition, organised by ICT Cluster Varna at the entrance to the Sea Garden in Varna.

Minutes before starting the “Pit Stop Challenge” competition, the young driver tried out one of the university’s most attractive demonstrations – emotion analysis through real-time facial recognition. The test result showed that Nikola was happy, and the university team also that they welcome him as a guest.

The visitors to the exhibition took part in demonstrations and workshops dedicated to digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Arch. Stefan Vlahov, a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, presented the workshop “Digital Doubles”. Senior Asst. Prof. Andriana Ivanova, PhD from the Department of Informatics and Computer Science showed the power of artificial intelligence through a demonstration on “Computer Vision”.

The exhibition “TECHNOSTART – Varna” brought together young people, professionals and technology enthusiasts who had the opportunity to experience innovations and meet inspiring personalities such as Nikola Tsolov.
