PORTUGUESE AND JAPANESE COURSES DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022
For а third year in a row, VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will hold free courses in Japanese and Portuguese for students, teachers and staff. The training is in accordance with the study schedule and the working hours of the university and will be on-line.

The courses in Japanese language and culture will be taught by Yuko Koike, a volunteer lecturer at the Association for International Intercultural Exchange in the Land of the Rising Sun. She will be joined by a second teacher from the same organization, who will reveal the secret of Japanese characters and the beauty of Japanese culture. Students in International Relations, Architecture, Psychology and Law are very interested in learning Japanese.
Rumyana Staneva, a scholarship holder of the Portuguese Cultural and Language Center Camoes, has been a Portuguese language teacher at the university for three years now. She has a diploma in Portuguese language and culture and found her vocation to teach. She did a course at the University of Coimbra to teach Portuguese as a foreign language in order to give her graduates the opportunity to study according to the most modern methods. Rumyana Staneva is currently working on her doctoral dissertation at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar".
