Prof. Sasho Penov, PhD visited Varna Free University at the invitation of the Lawyer's Club

Sasho Penov, Constitutional Judge and Professor of Financial and Tax Law delivered a public lecture on the topic "The Constitution and Taxes in the Era of the New Currency" at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". He visited the university at the invitation of the Lawyer's Club "Prof. Tamara Hinova" at the Student Council. The event attracted students, lecturers and representatives of the academic community.

Prof. Sasho Penov, PhD is a long-standing university lecturer. From August 2022 to June 2023, he held the position of Acting Minister of Education and Science, and is currently a judge at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The public lecture was organised by the law students of Varna Free University and provided an opportunity to meet with one of the leading Bulgarian scholars and practitioners in the field of financial and constitutional law.
