Students from VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" visited the main European institutions in Brussels

Students from the master's degree programmes in Management of International Business Projects, Advertising and Public Relations at VFU "Chernrorizets Hrabar" spent a week to be acquainted with the work of the European institutions. They took part in a specially prepared for them training course in The Directorate-General for Communications Networks and the European Personnel Selection Office. The students listened to a lecture about the work of the Council of the European Union and about the future changes in the governance of the EU. Special lectures were delivered to the students in the Committee of the Regions and in the Permanent Representation of Bulgaria. The master students also got to know the work of the European Parliament, as they were official guests of the Bulgarian MEP from the European People's Party, Mr. Emil Radev, where they received their certificates for the conducted training.

"I am happy that I had the opportunity to be part of the training in Brussels. During our visit, we immersed ourselves in the atmosphere and dynamics of work processes in European institutions, we met professionals from various fields of activity, who introduced us to their work and who were happy to talk with us about the topics that interested us. I am impressed by the prepared and realised programme for our stay in the heart of the EU and I am grateful to the management of the Master's programme Management of International Business Projects at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" for the unique chance it provided us, opening the doors of Europe to us."

"I had the privilege of taking part in the training in Brussels and all the visits and special meetings I participated in were extremely important not only for my personal development but also for my deeper understanding of the complex tasks facing the EU institutions. The exchange of experience with colleagues and conversations with experts contributed to the realization of the great responsibility that everyone bears within the European Union. I saw firsthand their concern for the future of the union, their motivation and commitment to find common solutions to the challenges facing Europe. These meetings showed that despite the complexity and the multitude of different interests, everyone is working with a clear awareness of the importance of European cooperation and its role for the well-being of all member states.
