THE DISTANCE E - LEARNING PROCESS CONTINUES UNTIL THE END OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY

By their orders of today - 26 March 2020, the President and the Rector of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" ordered until the end of the state of emergency imposed in the country:
1. The distance e-learning process for all educational qualification levels and modes of study continues.
2. Semester and state examinations, defence of diploma theses and meetings of scientific juries shall be postponed until further notice.
3. All mass events - conferences, discussions, public lectures, departmental and faculty councils were canceled. Until then is also the restriction of the official trips for academic staff, administrative staff and students, including mobilities or internships.
4. All mobilities, internships, work visits and other visits of foreign lecturers, researchers, scientists, students and guests shall be canceled, and the members of the academic staff, administration staff and students, as well as foreign lecturers, researchers and students, who have arrived from abroad after 13 March 2020, are obliged to undergo a 14-day quarantine period.
5. The candidate student campaign is conducted online - on the site www.vfu.bg and in the information channels of the University. The submission of application forms for participation in the entrance examinations should be done only electronically.
According to paragraph 24 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Measures and Actions during the State of Emergency, "the deadlines established in the Law on the Development of Academic Staff in the Republic of Bulgaria and in the Higher Education Act, which started to run before the entry into force of this law shall cease to run until the state of emergency is lifted."
