The Faculty of Architecture welcomed prospective students at the Open Day

The Faculty of Architecture at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” organized an Open Day, which brought together high school students and their parents from all over Northeastern Bulgaria on the university campus. The event was realized with the participation of the "University for High School Students” initiative and with the support of Yoana Ivanova from Jolly’s Class.

The visitors had the opportunity to get to know the learning environment and the creative atmosphere at the faculty. They viewed the additive technologies laboratory complex, where modern solutions in design and prototyping are demonstrated, as well as the design studios with presented student projects and models. In the Aula Minima, the participants took part in an experience related to Bulgarian folklore, which complemented the idea of the university community and cultural life.

Lecturers and students talked with future prospective students and provided them with guidelines for preparing a portfolio in order to pass the entrance exams. The meetings provided an opportunity for direct dialogue and for answering questions related to training and professional realization.

The event showed the environment of the Faculty of Architecture as a space in which creativity develops in sync with technology and practical skills.

The next opportunity to meet with the academic community is on April 27th, 2026, when the Open Day of the Faculty of Law will be organized.
