The Vocational Training Centre at Varna Free University Organizes a Course in Dental Assisting

The Vocational Training Centre at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” is organizing a course leading to a Level III vocational qualification in the profession of “Dental Assisting.” The course lasts up to eight months and combines distance learning for the theoretical component with practical training in a real working environment at Dentaprime. The course will begin once a group of at least 10 registered participants has been formed.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have the right to sit state school-leaving exams or have completed secondary education.
The curriculum comprises a total of 960 training hours, including 390 hours of theory and 570 hours of educational and work-based practical training. The theoretical component is delivered through the university’s Moodle distance-learning platform, where participants receive individual access to study materials and examination tests for the duration of the course.
Practical training takes place in a real working environment according to a pre-arranged schedule and under an agreement for the provision of practical training. The course concludes with state examinations in theory and practice. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a vocational qualification certificate.
To register, applicants must submit an application form, a personal information form, a training agreement with an individual or legal entity, a copy of their educational qualification document, a medical certificate confirming that the training is not medically contraindicated for them, a copy of the payment document, and four passport-sized photographs.
