Boyan Belokapov at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", Class of 2011 - 2014

On the eve of the Dance Day - April 29, we present Boyan Belokapov - a dance artist at Disneyland and an alumni student at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". Boyan traveled from the university rehearsal hall to the Disney World stage in Paris. For eight years he has been a dancer and actor in some of the most famous musical productions, including "Frozen 2" and "Mickey and the Magician" - the show that won the award for best world theater production in a theme park.

"One of the main things I learned at the university is how to put my ideas and imagination into words. I learnt how the machine works on the stage, how the whole product "dance performance" is created - the artists, the musical work, the scenography, the sound, the lighting ", said Boyan. "At VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" we learnt from some of the best experts in the Bulgarian folklore, music and dance. Thanks to the teachers, we have developed as artists - not only as dancers, but also as designers, choreographers and directors, as teachers and psychologists," said he.
