Varna Free University participates in the Educational Exhibition 'Orange Sea'

On the eve of Children's Day - on May 31st, 2025, the entrance to the Sea Garden in Varna turned into a lively educational scene during the Educational Exhibition 'Orange Sea'. The event, in which Varna Free University and the Student Council actively participated, gathered hundreds of visitors - prospective students, parents, teachers and citizens who showed interest in the opportunities for study at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
The team of Varna Free University presented in detail all post-secondary education majors, application opportunities, as well as master's and doctoral programmes. The opportunities for direct contact with lecturers, current students and representatives of the academic and administrative structure of the university aroused interest.
During the exhibition, numerous specific questions were asked by prospective students and their parents, focused on the majors Architecture, Graphic Design, Psychology, Law, Construction of Buildings and Facilities and Economics. The opportunity to study in English in Informatics and Computer Sciences and International Business - a joint programme with BI University in Oslo - also aroused interest. Potential students showed increased interest in the curricula, opportunities for practice and professional development, student mobility under the "Erasmus +" programme, admission conditions and prospects for realization after graduation. Questions were also received from foreign candidate students who were interested in the application process, adaptation to the academic environment and life in Bulgaria.
VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" is strengthening its position as the choice of more and more young people from elite schools in the country. Students rate the quality of education with an excellent 5.61, highly appreciating the personal attitude, the professionalism of the lecturers, the opportunities for internships and participation in international programmes, as well as the modern educational facility located in close proximity to the seashore.
The exhibition became not only an information platform, but also an experience that united the academic spirit, young ambitions and the natural beauty of the Sea Garden - students of the university made an attractive performance - with live music and presentations. The participation of Varna Free University was an expression of responsibility, commitment and aspiration for innovative and modern education.
