VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" AND REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION - VARNA WILL SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

A Memorandum of Cooperation between Varna Regional Administration and Varna Free University will be signed on 17 February 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:30 am in the University Conference Hall.

The document will be signed by the Regional Governor, Prof. Andriyana Andreeva, PhD and the Rector of Varna University “Chernorizets Hrabar”, Prof. Petar Hristov, PhD. The memorandum sets the framework for a partnership in the academic, scientific and applied spheres, aimed at activities of mutual interest.

The cooperation will focus on initiatives in the field of architecture, design and arts, with the main emphases including the development of concepts for the development and aestheticization of the urban environment, visual identity, design and branding. The two institutions will also cooperate through joint participation in seminars and conferences, exchange of expert experience and opportunities for specialised training of administration employees.

The signing of the memorandum takes place in the year in which Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" celebrates 35 years since its establishment as well as the strengthening of its positions as a significant educational centre.
