VFU “CHERNORIZETS HRABAR” UPDATED THE PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING THE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE AND EXAMINATION PROTOCOLS, WHICH PROVIDES THE CONTINUITY OF ALL ACADEMIC PROCESSES, INCLUDING THE EXAMINATIONS

By Order of the Rector of VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar”, the following procedure for drawing up an examination schedule and examination protocols is established from 15 April 2020:
The examinations in each examination session and mode of study will be conducted according to a schedule prepared by the planning sector on the proposal of the educational units and in accordance with the Ordinance 1 on the teaching activity.

The schedule for the regular, resit and liquidation sessions session will be announced on the site of VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar” before the end of the classes, not later than two weeks before the beginning of the examination session. The schedule will include: the examination session, the name of the discipline, the examiner, the time and audience for the examination. Information about the examinations in each discipline will also be announced by the lecturer in the discipline course in Google Classroom @ vfu.bg and in the discipline calendar.

The examination protocols will be electronic and will include the students who have the right to sit the respectful examination, obtained at least five working days before the examination. Students who have already been issued individual examination protocols will be eligible to sit the examination if, no later than seven working days before the examination, they register in their @ vfu.bg accounts and send a completed electronic form to the Front Office for examination registration. This form will be published within one week on the University's website.

The examination marks will be recorded in the Student Status programme within seven working days of the completion of the examination.

The type and format of the examinations are not subject to the approved procedure. These are defined in the curriculum of each discipline. On the basis of Instruction No. 9104-47 of 14.04.2020 of the Minister of Education, with the decision of the educational unit, if appropriate and under conditions of equality of the examined, the examinations may also be conducted through electronically based platforms.
