The event was honored by the chairperson of the Board of Trustees - Prof. D.Sc. Anna Nedyalkova and the academic management of the university.

VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABER" INITIATES EUROPEAN GROUP FOR TERRITORIAL COOPERATION IN CIRCULAR ECONOMY
26/06/2023Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" initiated the establishment of the European Group for Territorial Cooperation on Circular Economy in the Black Sea Basin. This initiative is part of the activities on the project Knowing the Circular Economy in the Black Sea Basin BSB-CIRCLECON - BSB. The idea was announced during the First International Exhibition of Circular Economy, Energy and Construction "Forward Green 2023" in early June in Thessaloniki. It was attended by leading politicians, scientists and business representatives from Bulgaria, Greece, Southeast, Central and Northern Europe, as well as Asia and America. The first international circular economy forum was opened by His Excellency Valentin Poryazov - Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Republic of Greece and George Kremlinis - Honorary Director of the European Commission and Patron of Bulgaria's first master's degree programme in Circular Economy, which is implemented at Varna Free University.

22/06/2023The annual concert of the Choreography students at Varna Free University will take place on 23 June in Hall 1 of the Festival and Congress Centre in Varna at 6,30 pm. The concert will present works by students of the major, built on the basis of folk and contemporary dance art. Special guests and performers will be the students of the Secondary School for Humanities and Arts "Konstantin Preslavski" in Varna.

The official guests of the ceremony were the Mayor of Varna Ivan Portnih, the Regional Governor Mario Smerkov, the Mayor of the Asparuhovo region Ivaylo Marinov, members of the public, lecturers, students' relatives.
