90 experts from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Ukraine and Sweden will undergo a 6-month training on circular economy issues. The trainees use for the first time the specially created platform containing information on the leading for Europe topic. After graduating, the resources in the multilingual platform will be available for free.
The second class of the Master's degree programme in Circular Economy successfully completed their studies at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". It trained students with interests in the field of sustainable development and environmental protection, representatives of municipal administrations, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs.
The November thematic seminars, part of the permanent The Art of Communication forum, organised by the Master's programme in Advertising and Public Relations in Business Management at the Faculty of International Economics and Administration at Varna Free university finished with the attendance of students from various majors who showed a great interest in the event. One of the leading lecturers in branding, image building, public relations and advertising met with the course participants.
Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" welcomed special guests - students from leading Varna schools, who participate in the publishing of the NahODKi newspaper, a publication of the Centre for work with children - Municipal Children's Complex - Varna. More than 20 young reporters from the Castalia and European Bridge clubs of the Municipal Children's Complex, who study in the 1st Language School, "Frédéric Joliot-Curie"4th Language School, the Mathematical Secondary School, "Nayden Gerov" Secondary School, the Commercial Secondary School, "Konstantin Preslavski " Secondary School for Humanities and Arts and "I am Bulgarian" Private Secondary School got to know the university and participated in the Communications Workshop.
After a competition, the Scientific Council of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" awarded the academic rank "professor" in professional field 3.6. Law (Administrative Law and Administrative Process) to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olga Borisova. Thus, at the age of 36, she became the youngest professor in Law in Bulgaria.
Students majoring in Architecture at Varna Free University were guests in the Culture Line show on BNT 2, after the opening of their first exhibition in the Zone Nira Art gallery in Varna!
We know what the environmental problems are, we have the solutions, but these solutions must become more systemic, more comprehensive and we must oblige businesses, households and society as a whole to adhere to these policies - it should even become a value, not a product on a cost-benefit basis.
