03/04/2019Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" will train more than 100 directors of educational institutions from Varna on the topic "STE(A)M - Strategies, Policies, Methodologies and Practices". The event will be held on April 11 and 12 at 9.00 am at Estreya Residence in the resort "St. St. Constantine and Helena". The headmasters of 36 primary and 12 secondary schools, the directors of 51 kindergartens and five Centers for Personal Development will take part in it. Varna Municipality is a partner in the training.

29/03/2019The Director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Varna - Chief Commissioner Daniel Pashov, awarded today students from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and thanked them for the effective information campaign to limit phone frauds aimed at the elderly people. During the recent weeks, students from Varna Free University have visited 20 retirement clubs in the city and talked with over 2,500 elderly people to explain how to protect themselves from phone con men. The campaign was carried out together with the Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior and the regional city council in the sea capital.

The event is organized by the Regional Education Directorate of the town and the Municipality of Razgrad together with the Centre for Student Technical and Scientific Creativity and will be held on 26 and 27 March in the Municipal Cultural Centre.

21/03/2019Today, students of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" placed the first "Free Library" in Lyuben Karavelov Secondary School. The idea to create the libraries was given by Sali Svetoslavov - student of National Security Protection, which was implemented with the assistance of the Student Council of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
