The Student Council of Varna Free University elected a new chairperson
20/03/2019Doroteya Nikolaeva, a first-year student of Architecture, was elected chairperson of the Student Council of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" at a joint delegation meeting today. Doroteya is a graduate of Vasil Levski Vocational School of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy in Varna. Her term as a chairperson of the Student Council is 2019 - 2021.

The educational product is distinguished by the fact that it will prepare highly qualified cyber security specialists who can protect the interests of the state, the society and the business - with the force of law, not the law of force, said Prof. Petar Hristov, PhD, Rector of the University. "Cyber Knights" will be trained not only in the field of information technology and law but they will be physically strong, mentally resilient, highly motivated and stong-willed.

15/03/2019Innovative Master's programs in Cyber Security are launched at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". The presentation of the programs resulting in training the first cyber warriors, as they are already called at the university, will be this Saturday - March 16. 13/03/2019Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" initiated the project "Black Sea Security Academy". The initiative is in response to the efforts of the university to contribute to the development of practical issues of cyber security and intelligent security systems, as well as the training of highly qualified staff in this field. The ambition of the university is to solve the problems of reactions to cyber threats in our country.
