23/02/2019The third partnership forum of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", the Institute for Integrated Management of the Municipalities at the Regional Administration - Smolyan was held in the Pamporovo resort. The event, which brought together more than 150 mayors, representatives of higher and secondary education, businesses from the Smolyan region and from all over the country, was opened by the president of Varna Free University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krassimir Nedialkov.
