INCREASED INTEREST IN THE SPECIALTIES OF VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABER" DURING THE CANDIDATE STUDENT CAMPAIGN VARNA 2023
24/03/2023Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" presents its courses and majors in the "CANDIDATE STUDENT CAMPAIGN VARNA 2023", organized by the Municipality of Varna, through the Directorate of Education and Youth Activities, in cooperation with Career Development Center-Varna. The event was opened by Lilia Hristova - director of the Education and Youth Activities Directorate at the Municipality of Varna and Diyana Yaneva - director of the municipal career development center. The traditional meeting between Varna universities and graduating high school students was resumed after a 2-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Yaneva explained to the media that a large percentage of the school-leavers, who are about 2,000 per year, stay to study in Bulgaria. Many prefer the universities in Varna because of the level of training they offer and the attractive majors that give young people the opportunity for realization and good pay.

20/03/2023The students at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" attended an information day held in person and online to present the opportunities for student mobility under the Erasmus+ programme for the winter semester of 2023/2024. Bachelors and masters from various specialties showed great interest to the event.

17/03/2023The eighth edition of the National Creative Skills Competition "Varna Spaghetti Engineering" will be held on March 31 and April 1, 2023. The organizer and host of the event is the Construction of Buildings and Facilities Department at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". The competition team is the winner of the prestigious "Varna" award for 2019.

Both students in various majors and experts from practice - managers and employees in the public and business spheres took part in person and online in the event, organized by the Faculty of International Economy and Administration and professional direction Administration and Management.

The meeting was attended by Bozhidar Stanchev - Chairperson of the Union, Assoc. Prof. D. Sc. Vladislav Lazarov - deputy chairperson, Yovka Gaikova - chairperson of the Varna branch of the organization.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE EXAMS
10/03/2023The certificate sessions for foreign language level of proficiency according to the European Language Framework will be held on April 6, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. The Russian language certificate exam will be on April 7 at 1:30 p.m. The certification exams will take place at the university in person.
