10/11/2023Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" will award George Kremlis - Honorary Director of the Directorate-General for the Environment of the European Commission, with the honorary title Doctor Honoris Causa of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". The solemn ceremony will take place on November 14 in the Aula Maxima Hall at the university.
PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS IN A NATIONAL COMPETITION FOR MASTER’S GRADUATES IN CULTURAL HERITAGE PRESERVATION
06/11/2023Magdalina Vasileva and Plamen Vasilev - master's graduates of Cultural Heritage Preservation at Varna Free University, won First Place and the Audience Award in the 7th national competition for diploma theses in the field of cultural heritage preservation. The competition is organised annually by the Architectural Heritage Society of the Union of Architects in Bulgaria, in partnership with the Bulgarian National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and sites.

28/10/2023Yani Yanev, vice president of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" presented his new work entitled ‘About the Beginning of the Contract in the Bulgarian State (V-VII c). Part one: Is Bulgaria of Khan Isperih the successor of the territorial rights under the Treaty from the year 448 between Byzantium and the Hun Empire?’, which examines this key moment in history.

24/10/2023The internship of students from the master's degree programmes Advertising and Public Relations in Business Management and Management of Cultural Tourism at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" was held in the city of Targovishte on October 21st and 22nd. The students, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Kalaglarski - head of the master's degree programmes, listened with interest to the lecture of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rumen Draganov on management of communication strategies of cultural heritage, legal and regulatory regulations in advertising, PR and tourism, as well as and the issues related to the socialization of tourist attractions.
